{"id":1612,"date":"2022-09-29T10:15:22","date_gmt":"2022-09-29T13:15:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cs42-sfe.infd.edu.ar\/sitio\/?p=1612"},"modified":"2022-09-29T10:17:03","modified_gmt":"2022-09-29T13:17:03","slug":"seminario-politicas-de-ciberdefensa-y-proteccion-de-datos-personales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cs42-sfe.infd.edu.ar\/sitio\/seminario-politicas-de-ciberdefensa-y-proteccion-de-datos-personales\/","title":{"rendered":"Seminario POL\u00cdTICAS DE CIBERDEFENSA Y PROTECCI\u00d3N DE DATOS PERSONALES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el mes de septiembre se llev\u00f3 a cabo el seminario POL\u00cdTICAS DE CIBERDEFENSA Y PROTECCI\u00d3N DE DATOS PERSONALES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Pol\u00edtica de Ciberdefensa, es un documento elaborado por la Subsecretar\u00eda de Ciberdefensa en el marco del Decreto 457\/21, de acuerdo con la Directiva de Pol\u00edtica de Defensa Nacional (DPDN), constituy\u00e9ndose en el dise\u00f1o conceptual del Sistema de Ciberdefensa y en su instrumento rector para el Planeamiento Estrat\u00e9gico Militar, brindando orientaci\u00f3n sobre temas espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con esto anterior , la Ley 25.326 tiene por objeto la protecci\u00f3n integral de los datos personales asentados en archivos, registros, bancos de datos, u otros medios t\u00e9cnicos de tratamiento de datos, sean \u00e9stos p\u00fablicos, o privados destinados a dar informes, para garantizar el derecho al honor y a la intimidad de las personas, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n que sobre las mismas se registre, de conformidad a lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 43, p\u00e1rrafo tercero de la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este seminario se abord\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>DIRECTIVA DE POL\u00cdTICA DE DEFENSA NACIONAL<\/li><li>CONSIDERACIONES CIBERN\u00c9TICAS&nbsp;<\/li><li>LA POL\u00cdTICA DE CIBERDEFENSA<\/li><li>EL DESARROLLO TECNOL\u00d3GICO NACIONAL PARA LA CIBERDEFENSA<\/li><li>PROTECCI\u00d3N DE DATOS PERSONALES<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para tal fin, contamos con la grata presencia del Subsecretario de Ciberdefensa de la Naci\u00f3n, Oscar Niss, el Director General de Comunicaciones, Inform\u00e1tica y Ciberdefensa de la Armada, Pablo Daniel Sorrentino, el Presidente &#8211; Polo Tecnol\u00f3gico Constituyente, Dr. Ignacio Rintoul, y el T\u00e9c. Inform\u00e1tico, Perito en inform\u00e1tica y Forense investigador Juan Francisco Quaranta. Ellos nos brindaron aportes te\u00f3ricos, de investigaci\u00f3n y reflexiones sobre la problem\u00e1tica planteada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-4\">\n<div
